I am a 24 year old female who works full time and attends school full time at UNM. I also live with another female. I have been renting my house for over 3 years. I have a room that is available to rent and will be available after nest weekend (1/24). Rent is $950 and will be split 3 ways. Tenants will also be responsible for 1/3 of utilities which include gas, electric and water. I do have satellite at this time but unless I find someone willing to share the bill I will probably be disconnecting it. The house does have Comcast capability but I DO NOT have the service installed at this time, I have wireless internet through my own cell phone company that goes with me when I leave. I also have 2 dogs so anybody interested in moving in must be dog friendly and preferably have no pets of their own (cats are negotiable, but no dogs). I also have a bird and he does sing, but is actually pretty quiet for a bird. I am a pretty laid back person and can get along with just about anybody as long as they are respectful. I do have a washer and dryer that are available for use for everybody. I do not mind if you like to have the occasional party as long as you are respectful and do not cause problems with the neighbors and clean up afterwards. I am 420/cigarette friendly but I would prefer cigaretts be smoked outside or in the garage. Anybody responding needs to be serious and prepared to move. I would like to let you know up front my requirements for moving in: *Must be prepared to pay $200 deposit upon moving in (somewhat negotiable) *Must be willing to sign a sub-lease (it will be month to month because that is currently what my lease is) *Must have stable employment that is verifiable (I would only check if something seemed fishy) Well I hope I accomplished my goal of being as descriptive as possible and I hope to find a roommate that I can become friends with as well. Male or female, any sexual orientation, people are people as far as I am concerned. I would like people that are close to my age though. One last note, I can be a little messy at times but try to keep it confined to my own space but if you are OCD clean I may drive you a little nuts.
