We are a gay couple who own a large home and are toying the with idea of offering one of our bedrooms, that includes a private full bath, for rent on a month to month basis. We are very professional. One works in the sports industry and the other works in the entertainment industry and has a home office. We own a small but wonderful dog and she loves people. Our home is 2500 sq feet, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bath, 3 fireplaces, new front and back yard, outdoor fish pond, Wi FI, cable in all the bedrooms and new kitchen appliances. We tend to keep our home neat as one of use works from home and has clients over often. We are looking for someone who is clean, neat, trusting, non-smoker, easy to get along with, considerate and fun to interact with. We moved here 2 yrs ago from CA and to be honest don't go to the gay bars or such. We are looking to rent our front room and full bath, furnished with modern looking queen size pillow top bed, matching dresser and large built in closet. ALL utilities included (water, trash, electric, gas, Direct TV with HD, wireless internet, washer & dryer usage and street parking) for 500.00 a month. The room has 2 large windows, hardwood floors, and chrome ceiling fan. This room is located at the front of the home and all bedrooms are on separate corners of the home so noise is not an issue and offers a lot of privacy.
