We are looking for someone to rent one of the rooms in our 3 bedroom home with a finished basement. Rent for the room will be $400 a month with a $200 deposit(deposit can be split up into payments). Utilities usually run about $100 a month per person(this includes cable and internet). Renter(s) will have free roam of the house including kitchen, laundry room, livingroom(with big screen tv) and bathroom. The house includes a deck and off street parking. We are located off 71 highway and Red Bridge Road in Kansas City, Missouri. It is only about 12 minutes from Overland Park, KS. This is a muli-renter home. Email if interested.
