My last lease ended in May and as I’ll be studying abroad at the end of August, I didn't pursue a new one. I've been staying with friends and family since then but would really like a more consistent place to stay for the next month or two. Perhaps if you have a room you’re having a hard time renting I could rent it in the mean time, or maybe you have an extra bedroom and would like a little extra money for a short time, or are leaving town for a while and would like to rent it while you’re away… I’m a 24 year old female, a student at the U, currently interning with the city, clean, and respectful of other people’s space and things. I would prefer to live with a girl (or girls), near downtown salt lake, and pay under 300 per month. I'm very flexible about dates, terms and conditions.
