I am a female junior at UM seeking housing for only the month of August 2009. No, I don't want to stay for September, and I can't move in any earlier than August. I'm a non-smoker, have no pets, but have no problem living with smokers (as long as my clothes don't smell when I leave the house) or other people's pets. No allergies. I'm down for a party, but like to really sleep at least 4 nights of the week. Housing that includes a mattress/bed is preferred, but I'll take anything I can get right about now. I like camping, floating the rivers, going to festivals and rock concerts, golfing, and playing racquetball. I am generally as clean as other people (meaning if you're really messy, I make no efforts to keep my room clean, but if your place is immaculate, I wouldn't dare leave a dirty dish laying around). August! I'd be willing to negotiate my move-out date (I can leave ~a week before the end of the month) if you have another renter who wants to move in in late August for the school year.
