Hello, We are looking for a house/ townhome to rent. We need 3+ bedrooms and 2+ bathrooms, at least a 1 car garage, 1400+ sq ft, fenced backyard, and we will be bringing a dog and cat with us. We would like the rent to be between $600 and $800, however if utilities are included we could go up to $950. If there are incentives we would be willing to sign a years lease.
