The CTO must be a leader in high performance computing and applications. He/she must have an expertise in funding and proposal development, and technical business development. Project Management is also desirable. He/she will be responsible for implementing our goal of pursuing research and development initiatives to grow the intellectual property and technological capabilities of the State of NM and New Mexican entities.
