Our client in the Las Vegas area who is a local Pharmaceutical company is looking for a Director for Clinic Operations. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a Clinical facility. This person will provide leadership to the Management Team. Duties: * Review Operational costs with each department manager and holds them accountable to budgetary requirements. * Serves as a mentor to each of the managers, encourages managers to train and develop staff . * Conducts regular audits of each department to ensure protocols and other requirements. Qualifications: * A Bachelors Degree from a four-year college or university, in a scientific/medical background. * 7-10 years of managerial experience.
