Duties and Responsibilities: - Prioritizing tests based on needs - Performing wet chemistry on food ingredients and finished products - Performing ingredients analysis using instruments: ICP, GC, HPLC, FTIR, UV and TLC - Completing and filing documentation - Completing projects, and tasks given by supervisor Education, Training, Abilities and Work Experience Required: - Ability to read, analyze, interpret scientific data and journals - Computer skills – Microsoft Office - Experience in a GMP environment - College or Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Chemistry, Food Science or a related field If you are interested, please send email to me with a resume & cover letter.
