Duties include preparation and analysis of air and bulk samples for the identification of Fibers by Phase Contrast Microscopy, Asbestos Polarized Light Microscopy, and the Identification of Fungi in air and bulk samples. The ideal candidate will have coursework in geology/biology or other physical science. Experience with a microscope a plus! Candidate should be detail oriented and able to work with a minimum of supervision. A flexible work schedule is desired, with possible hours between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm and some weekend work Location: Las Vegas Compensation: This is a full-time position, salary range DOE, plus full benefits.
