Close and walking distance to Greenlake, Wallingford, Tangletown, and the UW, it’s conveniently close to everywhere, well almost anyway. There is easy access to I5, and 99, downtown is a 10 min drive and major bus routes are close at hand. The house is a older cozy two bedroom house, fully furnished. The available bedroom is of normal size and unfurnished. If you need furnishing, we can work something out. Kitchen is fully stocked. The house again is older and subjected to all the charms of older homes in the area, but makes up nicely with character, wooden hardwood floors, fireplace and great windows. I'm looking for a responsible and considerate male or female that doesn't feel the need to impose their will and personality on others. If you need to play music at a loud level, or if you need to drink and be disturbing, this will probably not be a good fit. This is a non smoking house, and no drugs.
