Availability will be on a month-to-month basis, but will not be shorter than three months. I have a permanent tenant lined up pending the sale of a house. The space has hardwood floors, is well-lit, has new appliances, own bath and kitchen. New HE laundry machines are shared with the rest of the house. There is decent natural light in the main living area from south-facing windows, especially in the afternoon, but it is a basement apartment. The bedroom has a good sized closet and a window, but it is on the north side of the house so the natural light is limited. There is no off-street parking but non-permit street parking directly in front of the house is available. Pets are negotiable, landlord lives upstairs. Centrally located in Wallingford, the 16 and 44 bus lines are a block away and banks, restaurants, grocery, and post office are all within walking distance. As this is a temporary situation all utilities will be included in rent, including cable internet. There is no land-line phone service at this time because everyone uses cell phones. washington
