We are currently looking for our 4th housemate to share my 5 bedroom, 2 bath house. we are late 20s/early 30s and also have 2 sweet dogs and 2 cutie cats. Though modest in size, it has recently been renovated and now features 2 new bathrooms, an additional living room, and an open floor plan on the main floor. We have a good-sized yard that is partially fenced. Street parking is plentiful & we’re also near 2 big bus stops. House, aside from empty bedroom, is fully furnished (including great cookware, spices, and other assorted kitchen tools) and equipped with washer/dryer and dishwasher. Rent includes ALL utilities and as an added bonus, we also have cable tv and wifi. Room is available immediately and requires a refundable security deposit of $550.
