This is definately one of the best houses around. One room available in this two bedroom house beginning March 1, 2008. Just a couple of blocks from Greenlake and Dukes. It is super cute, has a fireplace, front porch, back deck, washer/dryer (no coins necessary), driveway (you get your own parking space in the driveway), and space for gardening. The bedroom is beautiful and well lit with a lot of windows, two large closets and hardwood floors. There is a cute bathroom with a tub/shower. No animals. See pictures of the house below. The only reason my roommate is moving out is because she was laid off (otherwise she would not give up her spot here). You will have a chance to talk with her when you see the house and when you respond to this ad. The ideal roommate would be a grad student or professional, progressive, kind, and very responsible.
