We have two different rooms available to rent in our two story log home here in Fall City. The home is situatd on a large lot with a spacious back yard.The 650 room is 10x15 and has french doors that open onto a deck facing a large back yard. The 550 room is upstairs and is smaller but has a loft area outside the room for use as office space. The home has Wi-Fi and cable, and the bathroom is shared but we are all very tidy. Sorry NO heavy drinkers, felons or charity cases, but couples are encouraged to apply.Open minded and laid back and if your from the valley you probably know us! We have all been there and know that hardest part is coming up with all that move-in money, so first months rent plus small deposit and proof of income is all you need. No background check but a reference would really help. Quiet setting, close to river(great fishing!)Excellent running/walking area. and only thirty min. to Redmond. RV space available also for additional fee if renting room. Plenty of parking, no pets in home and would only consider them if all parties agree and would require additional deposit(non refundable).NO CATS.
