The room is currently set up with a full size bed, and book shelves. There is also a large north eastern facing window. The house is a charming brick tudor and you'd share the rest of the place with myself, my German Shepherd Vienna, and my other house mate sean. Me: young gay college grad and professional normally neat and quiet but known to go out, or occasionally host a dinner party or (or larger) at the house where good ale or fine wine are likely to be plentiful! Sean: young straight college grad and professional also normally neat and quiet and shares similar social interests. We're also into game nights, working out, running, hiking, backpacking, skiing/snowboarding and staying active outdoors! The kitchen and (only) bathroom are newly remodeled, there is plenty of free parking and an express bus stop across the street! $500 / month PLUS an even divide on monthly utilities. (Between $100 and $170 per month per person depending on time of year- including digi cable/dvr, and wireless cable internet. Would like to sign a 12 month room lease. Will ask for first and last months rent plus a $150 damage deposit. Washer and dryer are located in premises. I just repainted the living room a warmer yellow cream color, but the rest of the pictures are accurate.
