This is where we stand, we have a 5 bedroom house with 4 roommates. The house is located near North Seattle Community College, also near grocery store and major bus lines. The roomates are 22-25 and male. Would prefer to stay in that general age range. Female or male welcome. Looking for one person to take the room. We are all students at North Seattle Community College. Would prefer a student, NSCC not required. The house is mostly furnished but there is room if you have some of your own. This is a large house with two living rooms, one up stairs and one down stairs. The house has a large kitchen, large dining area and two baths. There is some room for storage if need. The house has hardwood floors on the upper level and carpet in the downstairs. There is a good sized front yard and fenced back yard with large deck, great for summer. Sorry no pets. We are all honest, hard working people that go to school and work. The house has a good feeling with the people that live here now and would like to continue that. 3 of the 4 of us work in the service industry so we keep later hours. The 600.00 a month is all utilities included, power, water, sewer, garbage, cable, wireless internet.
