Hello! This is a coed boarding house just two blocks north of the UW on the main boulevard. There are 13 rooms on 4 floors, a bathroom on every floor, one large kitchen, coin-op laundry and wired broadband internet to each room. The kitchen and bathrooms are shared, as are cleaning duties. The rental agreement is month to month. The following is required to move in: first/last/$300 deposit/one-time $40 supply fee. The supply fee is for tp, paper towels, dish soap, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc. There is a monthly utility fee of $25. This is not a party house, smoking is not allowed, and we do not tolerate raucous behavior. We try to provide a clean, quiet, safe environment for our tenants.
