What: Looking for a roommate to share bright, large (1,100sqft) corner unit in the middle of First Hill. The pictures are staging photos with the previous owners’ furniture (no, there’s no nursery anymore). The place is fully furnished; all you’d need to bring is stuff for your room; though I can furnish your room if needed. Where: Close to everything. Capitol Hill, First Hill, International District, Central Dist, and Pioneer Square are all within 10 minutes’ walk. The Frye Art Museum is across the street. Me: Twentysomething; work downtown; 8am – 8pm generally. Fairly neat. I’m generally working or out of the house; I travel a lot for work. If I’m not working, you can probably find me sitting around drinking wine, which you’re welcome to share. You: Probably study/work in the area. The place is a block from Swedish Hospital; Virginia Mason is four blocks north, Seattle University is two blocks away. I figure it would be the perfect place for a medical resident, grad student, or someone else like me who just wants a walking commute. Comcast high-speed internet also included, with a wireless-N network (you can get solid broadband anywhere in the place). Utilities are a flat $100/mo; covers everything. I’m very flexible on terms.
