One room is available June 26th in a very nice house. Five rooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms and a yard and small garden. The house has a great front porch with trees and is on a very nice street. Current housemates are all professionals in their early thirties. They are fun, respectful, and clean. The house is within walking distance to UW, Ravenna Park, Greenlake, and is near many bus lines, supermarkets and restaurants. The room opening up is on the main floor. The house has hardwood floors throughout, high speed-internet wireless, small backyard with a modest garden. Basement has lots of storage space and a washer & dryer. Housemates are all quiet, responsible, and active 3 women 1 man who are considerate of others and of our common space. Hobbies include outdoor activities, biking, social dancing, yoga, horses, rock climbing and the arts. No drugs/no smoking. We have shared chores that rotate monthly. Utilities not included.
