We have a wonderful Magnolia bungalow where five SPU girls lived during the school year but a few are moving home for the summer so we are needing a housemate for the summer! There will be four girls and one guy living here (one of the girls and the guy just got married!), however the guy is in ROTC so will only be here until the first week of July. It is a two story house with two bathrooms, washer/dryer, kitchen and living room, and a great little backyard for bbq's and lounging. The available room is medium sized, can be fully furnished (bed, dresser, mini-bookcase) if desired. There is a bus stop literally right outside of our home that goes everywhere you could possibly want to go. It is less than a ten minute drive downtown, and fifteen to both Capital Hill and the U district. If you have a car there is plenty of safe street parking. Rent is $350/mo, not including utilities which will probably run about $50/mo. Move in date is June 15, and rent would be for half of June and full for July and August.
