Hello, I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom condo. About me: I am a 28 year old male who has live in Seattle for 3 years and have a “regular” job (Mon-Fri). I play soccer/tennis/basketball/guitar (record music during daylight hours), watch sports and am pretty easy to get along with….as long as you don’t tell me how I should live. I love to cook/BBQ for gathering with friends. I keep the common areas clean but do sometimes hate washing my dishes right after I eat, but do wash them. I do have friends that visit every now and then from out of town and stay for a day or two. About the place: It is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, 1150 sq ft, located in the South Lake Union/Queen Anne area. (900 Aurora Ave North). It has an AWESOME rooftop view and a nice view from the balcony of the unit. You will have your own parking spot in a secure garage and all utilities (including internet/cable) are included. There is a small work out area in the building. The building is on a great bus line taking you to either downtown (if you don't feel up to the 15 min walk) or north to Fremont/Ballard/UW. Looking for: Male or Female roommate, age 20-35, who will not have a problem paying rent ON TIME. Hopefully you have a job or go to school. You need to be easy to get a long with and respect others property. If you are a social person even better as I have a good group of friends that are always getting together for dinner/bowling/sunshine activities/camping, etc. Sorry no pets.
