We have 2 carpeted bedrooms available (small room $450, bigger room $510, prices include utilities) in a big house in a beautiful location atop Queen Anne hill. Tall trees lining the street help keep the house cooler in the summer and make the area a favorite for walkers. The house has two floors, a large basement,and a deck, nice for the summer, above the two car garage. When full, we have six people here. Presently, we are 2 men and 2 women. The small bedroom is on the top floor, and is big enough for a queen size bed and a desk. A full bathroom is near, and is used generally by two others. The bigger bedroom is in the basement, and has its own entrance. A window, long horizontally, provides decent light. The nearest bathroom/shower is on the main floor. A washer and dryer are in the basement, and a small amount of storage space is available for each roomate as well. Cable TV outlets are in each bedroom, and wireless internet is available for 10$ more. We are not a party house. We enjoy a quiet, clean place. Walk quietly and close doors quietly. If, for example, you like to generally play your music loud, you should look elsewhere. Generally, "leave areas cleaner than when you left them" is a good motto for us. You will be asked to do your share of general clean up. SMOKERS AND DAILY DRINKERS ARE NOT WANTED. Not even if you just smoke outside: its a lifestyle thing. If you smoke at all, do not respond to this ad. Likewise, if you drink alcohol more or less daily, or get drunk more than, say, once per year, then that would be too much. If this statement seems extreme, than you wont fit in here! The main floor consists of a large living/dining room, a fair sized kitchen complete with a breakfast table area, a back room, a bathroom with shower, and the back deck. I note the house is bigger than it might seem in the picture below, which doesnt reveal the back portion. No pets are allowed, except for the one cat already here.
