We are a vivacious, family oriented, earth-friendly, community minded arts collective. We have an enormous house that we are filling with like-minded, 420 friendly, artists/musicians. Our home is a space for monthly social events, political talk, self-help seminars, art/music shows, family dinners, and an occasional outdoor water fight, (weather permitting). It is located around the corner from two grocery stores on Capitol Hill, a short walk from restaurants, clubs and bars. Ideally we are looking for people who want to contribute, but we will settle for someone who just wants a cool space to live/work and possibly showcase their talent. A good fit would be someone who cleans up after themselves, likes to cook or eat, knows how to navigate social boundaries, and likes to laugh.
