I own a unit in Hawthorne House, it is right across the street from Met market, a park, childrens hospital, and the Burke Gilman trail. It is by bus lines 74,30,75,65. Food, yoga and UW really close by. I am pretty neat, 19 year old business school student (female). I am allergic to pets. I will also take a couple or two friends who want to share. There is lots of street parking and laundry inside. There is a balcony and the place is brand new, just renovated, with new appliances.
