There will be two of us on the rental agreement. Most of the house is shared. There are two full bathrooms. The monthly rent of $600 includes water, sewer, and garbage/recycling. We split the cost of electricity, which depends on seasonal use and conservation ($20 to $80 each/month). The house has a dishwasher, laundry, hardwood floors, baseboard heat, a fireplace, a garden, and large deck with a broad view of the Cascade Mountains. Express busses downtown and to the UW are half a block away. It is a fifteen-minute walk to Green Lake or Woodland Park, and a fifteen-minute bicycle ride to Golden Gardens or Carkeek Park. The neighborhood offers cafe's, restaurants, a public library, shopping, and entertainment within easy walking distance. Smoking and pets are not allowed. We can negotiate an approach to cleaning. The shared space should be tidy and relaxed. The rent is month-to-month with a rental agreement.
