About us: We are 3 females: a 39 y.o. artist/ropes course facilitator; a 30 y.o. architectural historian and a 35 y.o. volunteer coordinator/nanny. We are responsible & respectful, neat and considerate of others; we appreciate both community and independence; we are inclined to having occasional potlucks, dinner parties or BBQs but not raging house parties. We are into hiking, biking, aikido and gardening, and generally lead healthy lives. About the house: The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, roomy common space, a big basement with storage, detached garage, 2 refrigerators, DW, W/D, DSL, a big yard with fruit trees & a garden, and a great front porch. We have 2 cats living here already, so no more pets please. About you: *30+, employed, emotionally stable *open communication about the house and anything that affects us all *clean up after yourself and respect common spaces by using them, but keeping them tidy (your room can be as messy as you want it to be!;) *responsible and pay rent/bills on time *N/S, N/D, occasional alcohol OK First months rent and one month's security deposit required. Utilities are not included, and generally run between $100-$150/month.
