Rent is 975 total between the two. We have only paid on utility bill but it was about $40 for two months. My roommate is currently paying $25 for cable which can be split if you want. Wireless internet avaliable but currently my roommate does not use it so I have been paying for it. W/S/G included in rent along with a parking spot but ample parking on the street. This complex is quiet with nice neighbors and pretty close to downtown. It is avaliable immediately.
