Ok, here goes. I'm a 32 year old male who is an Actor but also holds a degree in Interior Design that is looking for a room. I have my own design and remodeling business that I am expanding with a friend at the moment and appear on HGTV shows from time to time. I was actually on a show for 2 years before it was canceled "24 Hour Design". Anyways, I'm looking for a creative place where I can come and relax and get some writing done as well. I would like to stay in the Burbank to Sherman Oaks area but that is not a big deal. Possibly West side somewhere or right into Hollywood from the valley, but again, not a deal breaker. Also, I appreciate all the responses from people but if you are north of SFV, there's no need to write. It's just a little too far for me. Not a big partier anymore and have kinda shifted gears in life this year.
