I am moving to L.A. to begin school on Feburary 23rd and need a place to stay. I am looking to rent out a room with my boyfriend that is not expensive, but reasonable for students. We are both focusing on school, working, following our dreams and building our future. We are a laid back couple, who probably won't be in the house much because we like to stay busy. We don't bring parties to the house either, we definitley show respect to those around us. Were considerate so we clean up after ourselves and do our best to help other people at all times. We are both in our early 20's and were into music, fashion, film, business ventures, and giving back whenever we can.
