I'm a 26-year-old female originally from the Boston area but I'm moving to Providence to attend Rhode Island College (RIC) this fall. I need a room VERY close (preferably within walking distance) to the RIC campus to live (the closer to RIC the better)! Or, at the very least, I need a room very close to a RIPTA bus stop (preferably on the 26 or 55 bus lines that go right to the college). I can afford to pay up to $500 per month INCLUDING UTILITIES. I don't smoke, have no children, and no pets. I'm fairly neat (neat enough to clean up after myself anyway) and easygoing. I very rarely party or have overnight guests and I'm quiet, respectful, and mostly keep to myself. I strongly prefer female roommates if possible.
