I am currently sharing a town house in Newark and my lease will be up in the middle of July. Looking to share a place in Trolley Square or closer to work in New Castle. Easy going male in my mid 20s and work full time M-F about 50 hours a week. Looking to spend somewhere around $550-650 a month (maybe more if includes utilities).
