Hello, I am currently seeking a room in either a home or apartment by August, which is when my current lease is up. I am looking for relaxed, chill roommate(s), male or female. $500 is the max I'm willing to pay for rent, including utilities. You must live within the following dimensions of the Salt Lake Valley: No further North than downtown SLC No further South than Sandy No further East than Wasatch No further West than West Valley A little about myself: I am a relaxed, chill person who can get along with anyone so long as we meet each other a few times before moving in. I have a steady, full-time job that pays well and good savings, so money is never an issue. I plan on attending SLCC in fall, and I for the most part keep to myself. My interests include mainly reading, writing, films, music and the arts. I play guitar (but never loudly when people are trying to sleep), and I occasionally smoke (but only outdoors, never inside). I'm 19, will turn 20 in August. I'd prefer month by month, but I have no problem signing a lease so long as everything goes fine. I also have a cat, but a friendly cat. I may or may not be getting rid of him when the time comes to move out, but keep it in mind. I do have a few options at this time for moving-in, so nothing is final unless I say, which I won't be until towards the end of July.
