Hello, my name is Kurt. I am a 27yo swm moving to bend on the 10th. I have no kids, no drugs, no pets, and a non smoker. I am looking for a room to rent short term or long term depending on how good we can live together. I get along with everybody and have excellent references from roomates and property managers. I am an outdoors person and am not home alot during the days. I do play guitar, mainly acoustic and have headphones for my electric so I dont disturb my roomates. I am a very clean person but do love to cook and bbq if possible. I enjoy social roomates who like to play board games and cards and talk or just watch a movie. There is a ton of people looking for a roomate so I figured this might be quicker, because its not on the 1st.
