My preferences include my own enterance/exit, and my own bathroom. We can negotiate price, but i dont want to go much higher than 500 per month. I am a REALLY... GOOD... COOK. I would love to be a chef one day but if we could bargain me possibly cooking in exchange for rent that would be amazing.
