I really need a place to stay . Im very low maintence. Quiet , studious most of the time. I work hard . I would be willing to work 8 hours per week to have a place to stay. I am a homeowner myself , have a stable job for 17 years . Ive run a boarding home , I know how to do accounting. I can watch kids animals, clean and cook. Just need a place that I can do my bookwork. Etc. I also know how to paint , do tile work , grout, and decorate If you have a place empty that needs security I have a license for that to. I cut hair and have a license for that also. I even know how to fix things. I just dont know how to build things. So, If you need help or dont , or just company let me know .
