Me, I am a male 36, I like to keep things organized...no alcohol, no smoking, and never did any drugs...I am friendly person, honest...clean... At this time I live in the same apartment complex in an apartment but, I want to move to a town home in the same complex, this is why I am looking for a decent roommate to share. I lived here for almost 2 years...I need a larger place. I am not looking to move out with somebody in a different location. No pets are allowed in the apartment complex. You will be renting a room, next to your room is the bathroom. and the living room on the main floor. In the town house will be only 2 people me & you.
