I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath rambler across from Park Orchard Elementry. There is a smaller room $375 (prob. 10x8), another $450 (prob. 12x12). My house is right off 108th which has a bus route. There is 1 bathroom for both rooms to share, a laundry room for all of us to share, a garage for storage, backyard, and internet. I will also be charging for (utilities) shared usage of water and power. I live by myself now and would like 1st, last, and $250 deposit up front. I would be more that happy to work with a good perosn on the last and deposit. I am open to a parent renting out both rooms or a couple for the bigger room.
