We are an established company in search of a motivated retail operations assistant to our retail outlets which are located throughout the region. Based on the minimum criteria for this position, the successful candidate will: - Have the ability to manage store operations effectively. - Identify and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. - Coach, counsel and administer corrective counseling forms and action plans. - Schedule and assure adequate staffing on a daily basis. - Participate in all special sales events and promotions/projects. - Have broad retail background with the ability to develop procedures not currently in place. - Exceed P&L objectives including inventory shrinkage and other controllable expenses, such as supplies and operating costs. - Manage the daily operation; ensure that merchandise is received in a timely and accurate manner allowing sales floor to be adequately stocked. - Be computer literate and possess good judgment.
