With utilities and parking it would be about $460-$530 a month. The apartment is pretty nice and newly remodeled. It has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, patio, private entrance and each room has its own heat control. It is off 128th and close to I-5. The bedroom that is available is a pretty good size. It would fit a queen bed, dresser and night stands easily. I do have the kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room already furnished. If you are looking for a furnished bedroom let me know. There may be some space to add a few more items if we are creative. I have two very friendly cats that enjoy attention. I am a non-smoker & very light drinker. I am also very quiet, clean, dependable. I don’t have a lot of people over and really would appreciate few sleepovers and no parties. Please just be a normal person with good morals and values.
