Myself (22), my boyfriend (22) and two roommates (25 & 22) are looking for a 3 bedroom apartment that is dog & cat friendly. We all currently work. I'm employed as a property manager/administrative assistant for a company located on the West Roxbury/Dedham line. I'm responsible, pay my bills on time, watch my credit score, and have a car. My boyfriend works in construction/roofing out of a company in Wrentham. He has a truck as well. One roommate is currently in Job Core and will be located in a job in Walpole and the second works out of Weymouth. We're looking in the area of Wrentham, Norwood, Dedham, Walpole, Attleboro, Plainville, Foxboro, Canton, Norton, Mansfield and Westwood ect. We are willing to spend up to $1500.00+ (+ for the right apartment). Looking for an apartment that has heat & hot water or more included. It needs to be dog friendly. We have a 2 year old/60lbs boxer named Toby, who is completely house trained. He's not aggressive and is very friendly, (Picture below of Toby & our kitten) we also have an 8 week old, litter trained kitten. A back yard and first floor would be a plus. We also need one of the bedrooms to be on the larger size. I currently have a queen size box spring, mattress, and two large dressers. Looking for an August move in date.
