We are a young-ish couple (late 20’s) that are looking for a place to call home. With the lovely state of the economy we are unable to buy a house at this time but we are looking for a long term rental. We currently rent a beautiful house for $1000 but it is in the middle of nowhere. While peace and quiet is nice, civilization is nicer. We have two siamese cats that are the most well behaved cats you could find. The most rambunctious that they get is when they see a bird outside through the window or get a new cardboard insert for their scratch pod. Otherwise, like most cats they sleep all day and hide from new people. We are clean and courteous people. We’ve been known to help out with general home repairs to save our landlords from hiring someone that charges big bucks. This includes minor plumbing, painting, carpentry, window and appliance repairs, generally anything that is maintenance and that we would do for our own home. We are really good tenants and never cause any problems or complaints. Our first and last landlord begged us to stay. We are willing to submit a credit check, background check and landlord references upon request. We have first, last and a half month security ready to go. If you are looking for long term tenants that are only going to improve things, let us be them. Please only landlords with clean, maintained properties only.
