Hello, Place for rent needed! $500 or less only because I sub for schools (the pay is not so great). Recently moved here, recently moving out of BF's house and looking for a new place to stay. Month to month is okay, depending how things work out for both parties. It could be long term depending on both parties. Likes things clean, am a non-smoker, enjoys solitude & peace and quiet and perfers the same. I am honest, mature (over 40), single mom of grown child (not living in the state), laid-back, educated, easy-going, likes to occasionally go out to socialize with friends, but that is about it. If you turn out to be my friend, yes, I can kick up my heels! :) Possibility of exchanging light household duties/occasional childcare (afternoons only after my school day subbing and some evenings)for a reduction in my rent, upon discussion. Prefer housing with single female(s) or moms, but will consider men. Can't live with wierdos, smokers, huge drinker/partiers/druggies, so if that is your lifestyle, thanks, but no thank you.
