I have 2 rooms available...one is $400 the other one $500 (the $500 is furnished with flat screen tv, queen bed and nice furniture) the other one has a desk and dresser but no bed i have a 2 story, 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house in otay mesa 92154 Zip code...the 5 and 805 are both within a minute drive and there's tons of shopping, parks etc and i'm in a quiet suburban area of nice family homes i'm a 34 y/o single professional, very laid back and easy to get along with... house is really nice...hardwood floors on both stories, travertine bathrooms, really nice furniture, huge patio on back with jacuzzi and bbq area, good sized rooms, etc tons of parking and really a very quiet and safe neighborhood with easy fwy access i have the master and the fourth bedroom is my home office (which i rarely use) there's a full size washer dryer in garage...utilities would be 1/3 each...i have cox with tons of hd channels, there's a 60 inch sony HD tv in the living room and tv plug ins in every room...i have super fast wireless internet as well throughout the house 7kb speed, and there's a phone landline as well.. please email me with a description of who you are...anything helps, picture, resume, bio, myspace, whatever i rented a beach house in PB for several years and had a ton of roommates...looking for considerate, clean and easy to get along with people with jobs. no pets at all...no exceptions and no kids...sorry (not even visitation)...i just want 2 other adults around -male or female- i'm a light social drinker and go out on weekends and work during the week...i don't entertain in the house either and prefer to go out and rarely have visitors and would like the same of roommates... rent is really cheap for what you get...and the rooms are really nice with super nice bamboo hardwood floors thanks for reading...rooms available now california
