Location is good for downtown, San Ysidro, Chula Vista & Chula Vista downtown, National City, Imperial Beach and Coronado commuters... Downtown is 15 miles away (rush hour is 20" driving). Close to 805 South/North freeway... House is set in a CONTEMPORARY BEAUTIFUL style and clean house. I am looking for a CLEAN working (respect things on common area in the house so others also can use, clean up after your own cooking/ eating mess), respectful and responsible, PAY RENT on time, single housemate (not couple- otherwise it will be TOO crowd) only. 6 months rent is required.
