I am looking for a renter preferably Female Sometime Mid March. Rent include Utilities I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath house in National City that I am renting and my uncle will soon be moving out in one of the room by end of Feb or early march. I rent the other bedroom. I am looking for some one who may want to move in by Mid March I prefer some one who is female. Single mom with 1 child is ok. Free range use of Kitchen. And we have a yard and we are near places like Walmart, Ralphs and KFC. The free way, Bus stops and CVS. If you are smoker, its ok as long as you do it in the porch since I have Asthma. Definately no drinking or partying since the owner of the house would like it that way. I prefer some one who is neat with the room, especially the bathroom. I have 4 cats but dont worry they are all outdoors and one comes in at my room only. We have a washing Machine but it broke down recently so I wash on a nearby laundrymat Im 28 years old Female. Filipina who lived here for the past 2 years. I'm pretty easy to get along with. And since I work long hours on weekdays You get to interact with me at weekends the most. Just help out with the vacumming once in a while, which is easy. I prefer some one who can speak my own language Tagalog to practice my language barrier too. Rent would be $560.00 Utilities are already included. We have Basic Cable in the house and WIFI. And Since I dont watch at the living room much, most likely you would be watching TV there the most. $150.00 down upon moving in. We pay the rent every 11-15th of the month. california
