Hello Everyone, I am renting a room in a five bedroom house. The house is 2000sq feet and is a two story that has wood and tile floor. It has 2 full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom downstairs. The house has a driveway that can hold up 7 cars and there is a lot of street parking plus a big back yard. The house is located between Telegraph Canyon road and E. Palomar. There is currently a 28 year old female and a 25 year old male living at the house . We are looking for clean, fun, outgoing, responsible, and respectful people. Full-time workers or Students, open minded people and Foreign Ex-change students are welcomed. Although this is not a party house, you may have people over to visit you, but no mass parties are allowed. No Drugs are allowed, No renting to couples, No Kids, or Animals. The rooms have mirror doors and a ceiling fan. Rent includes access to a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, internet, water, sewer, trash, SDGE. AT&T cable to be installed soon!!! Utilities are included with the rent of $ 450 a month plus a $ 100 Deposit. I prefer a six month contract, but there are exceptions. House is located very close to FWY 805 (less than a mile).
