The house is located in an upscale neighborhood, in cul-de-sac area and roughly 6 yrs old. The room can either be furnished or un-furnished. Balcony is included with telescope to stay. You will have the access of common rooms areas ie living, family, kitchen and BBQ outside. You will have to share utilities with others. Only Max 2 person can occupy to this room. No Pet please. I am looking for a clean up after yourself usage in common area, responsible and working professional personel to occupy. It is a 6 month lease. A application fee of 35 will be need for background check along with references. A deposit is also required to secure the room for future damage.
