Available first week in October We are looking for a roommate for our 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house in PB. The location is great. The house is on Grand Ave between Noyes and Olney, just a few blocks from the bay and about a mile to the beach. It's also close to the freeway, shopping and all the restaurants/bars. The house is only a few years old. Bedrooms are upstairs with a large kitchen, living room and den/dining room area. It also has a washer/dryer, new appliances, ceiling fans in all rooms, and lots of available parking. There is also a large front and back patio/yard which is great for bbq's. We are asking $675 it’s the smaller room in the house. Utilities are around $50-75 a month split 3 ways (directv, wireless, gas/electric) We have an English bulldog which is very lazy and loves to sleep, snore and be spoiled ha! A little about us: We are both females in our 20’s, both work part time, and are very active. We enjoy going out, bike riding, going to the beach and bay of course! We would love to have a roommate who likes to do the same! We are outgoing, fun, enjoy getting out, and would be happy to live with a guy or a girl.
