Tier 1 Tech Support Answer inbound technical calls regarding hardware, software, wireless networks or any other issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems remotely. Follow procedure and protocol. Must have: -At least three years of experience in a tech support role helping clients over the phone and remotely -At least one active and unexpired certification (A+, Net+, MCP, CCNA, MCSE, CCNP) -Computer with XP Pro -High speed internet service -Home phone line to use for this position (dial up required, it can not be VOIP) -Quite and dedicated work space One weekend day is required and many shifts available between the hours of 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM EST.
